Hi

Can somebody please confirm if DPS Sector 122 have classes in DPS sector 30. The building for DPS Sector 122 is not functional yet.

DPS Sec 122 is five years old and the building is not yet ready, classes are being held in DPS Sec 30. Many parents are not sure about future of DPS Sec 122 infra, teaching staff and many have opted for established schools in previous years.

Thanks for the update, This will impact both DPS 122 and Sec 30 in my opinion.
I feel there would be too many students for sector 30 to handle.
Can you please share some light on the individual school strength for sector 30 and 122.

Hi Sakshi,

My daughter was selected in VBPS Noida but we left that because we wanted Somerville or FAS.
Today interaction held in Somerville Noida .in case she got selected which seems pretty possible, should we wait for FASN or go for Somerville. Please suggest

Do you stay near by Somerville?

Hi Megha, Registration number was 28 and Distance from our place to Somerville is around 7km .We checked before apply and today also we discussed with Principal .Distance of 3 km is not applicable now.They take pre primary students from all Noida.

Most of the parents in past who got selected in both Somerville Noida and FAS Noida opted for Somerville Noida .

Some opted for FASN for fees, distance and other reasons.

Kindly share interaction details of Somerville Noida to help other parents.

There was only one teacher in a classroom .She made us sit a bit far from our kid . She was extremely good in making my daughter comfortable and than started her series of questions.. Name, identifying colours ,shapes, sorting out colours ,identifying animals,  fruits, vegetables, traffic lights. Make her count small balls ,keeping things in the box. Rhymes even asked what did she had in breakfast and colour of milk like random questions too about her dress. It was around 15 min interaction session. I heard that few were asked about Alphabet identification.

Than we met principal and it was normal interaction like why we chose Somerville, where do we reside.
