Hi KJ, It totally depends on vacancy and it is school specific.

By application you mean mail them ? As nothing is showing online for kg

Yes,  also give physical copy at school and keep giving on regular intervals, As many schools don't put KG vacancies in public domain and call interest candidates seeing  latest applications.
