Hi Sakshi, I am staying in palm vihar Gurgaon..there are two school nearer to my place
Gems international and The Maurya school. what are your views regarding these two schools.

gems is better i infra /sports than maurya but no feedback on academics

Thanks Sakshi..What abt Rotary Public School ? This is CBSE school and also nearer to my place where as GEMS is the new one..

Sumit, Sakshi - I just got an admission confirmation call from Scottish High School, post our interaction today. I also have a confirmation from Shalom Hills. 

 

Began to rejoice but now wonder if I should wait to submit the Suncity forms on 9th Sep? Are there any tangible or clear advantages of Suncity over Scottish High? I hear from a couple of people that Scottish is too western while Suncity is a little Indian value-based which is v.important to me. Is it true?

 

While Scottish will be lost to me after tomorrow, Shalom also will be lost after 10th Sep while the Suncity process will start only after 11th Sep. And if we don't make it in Suncity, what are the other 'good' schools I can still hope to try my luck in?

Thanks Luv but my husband's still unable to shake off what one person said about Scottish being too western. Other than that the school's good. But how much better is SUNCITY? What about you?

Unfortunately, we haven't heard from Scottish High. But your husband's fears are not unwarranted...we have heard similar reviews about Scottish High....but that doesn't change that fact that it still remains one of the most sought after schools in Gurgaon :) What about Shalom.....are you leaving that option too?
