NOTE:

1. Incase an applicant does not complete documents verification by 30th January 2012, 2.00 pm his/ her name will not feature in the list under consideration.

2. If the parents of the candidates featured in the 1st list fail to enroll their child by 2:00 pm 1st Feb. 2012, the seat will be passed on to the next candidate.

3. In case of 3rd or 4th List information will be put up on the school website as well as the school gate by 29th March 2012 by 12:00 p.m.

On the Open Forum Day (23.01.2012) you are required to bring a print out of the form, with a passport size photograph of the applicant pasted as indicated. It is mandatory for both parents to sign the form. (other than in the case of single parent).

The online registration form can only be filled once for each applicant.
