Delhi high court today heard the social jurist PIL in length as the argument was continues from last Friday. Today Mr. Ashok Agarwal continued the argument specially the impact of RTE on Delhi school education act and tried to convince the court that the defense by govt. about the section 11 and section 12 of RTE act is not new for Delhi. Mr. agarwal requested the court to frame guideline by using judicial power as govt. failed to do so. The detailed argument about ganguly committee recommendation and DOE admission order 2007 was also discussed. The argument was very impressive and having all the legal punches including various judgement from supreme court and Delhi High court. The argument will continue on Wednesday as the DOE counsel got her turn only for five minutes today. The court is taking time as some interpretation of RTE Act 2009 is involve and it will impact nationally. we request parents not to worry as we believe the verdict will come on Wednesday and even last date of submission of form is also not out of the jurisdiction of court.

yeh sab paise ka khel hai.. Har saal do chaar log court mei appeal karte hain aur parde k peeche se paise khate hain.. Isme Judge se le kar petition daalne waale aur Admission Mafia saamil hote hain.. Yeh karodon rupye ka business hai..

THAT IS WHY THEY INSIST ON SELLING THE PROSPECTUS BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT WILL FEED THESE HUNGRY CANNIBALS. ALSO THE SURVEY SAYS THAT THE SCHOOLS WILL MAKE A HANDSOME AMOUNT OF RUPEES 1500 CRORE BY DOING SO.

thanks for this useful info

I am not sure how the verdict is goint to effect the on going admission process . Since the admission process is already on and schools have been successful to create all kinds of preassure on the parents , kindly please put some light on how the court's proceedings and verdict can bring any relief for us . I am extremely confused . Should we keep submitting the forms or wait for the courts verdict . And also please give reasons ... Thanks

don't delay.. nothing is going to change... whats more important ... 1 year for your kid or some extra money ., u r the best judge :(

"Mr. agarwal requested the court to frame guideline by using judicial power as govt. failed to do so." If this is going to happen we can find a reformation in admissions for nursery. Hope High Court will give due respect to Mr.Ashok Aggarwal.

but will the court's verdict help us any way .. as the admission process is already on ... will it give us some relief on wednesday? ... how will the parents get the benefit?
