Thanks Bij, and Manasi. I am just getting confused b/w the old school vs. new school debate, and I wanted to be sure to get an unbiased view.

You might want to  search various posts in AN.com related to conventional vs modern..i  remember  sakshi/latha posting a very nice article..just use the search feature..Also we had a similar discussion in Pitampura/Rohini group last week

I would say Frank Anthony...especially after Summer Fields came under KR Mangalam. But the boards are also different, Frank Anthony is ICSE whereas Summer Fields is CBSE.

but summer field is offering loads of activities - extra curricular ... while frank anthnony has limitation to sports ... bit of artcraft and nothing more... thou i am an alumi from frank but somehow am confused... as far as academics i feel frank would score ... but  ...am confused

Both schools have changed a lot ever since you passed out Sanjeevji. Infact, Summer Fields is under KRM and has become commercial...that's what I have heard from other parents. Frank Anthony used to be only academics, now they too have changed with the times :)

One more thing, in case i put my daughter in carmel convent buds, chanakyapuri then will they promote her to kg without any hassles?? Please reply..

lathaa ji between green fields safdarjung enclave n bloom public school vasant kunj and Bhatnagar International Foundation Vasant Kunj which is better and why.

Thanks Bij for your suggestion..i will be thankful if i get details of the documents that are required for admission in Salwan..as they have closed their office at 5pm and also removed the list from the school premises..they have informed that the last fees submission date is 3rd Feb for 1st list students..

Where i can find the list of documents required to admission..

Mam pls see this list Keep the Originals Ready to get them Verified, for confirmation pls visit/call the school tomorrow..--------

Birth Certificate of the child issued by MCD or competent authority
Medical Certificate of the child if the child is suffering from any physical or mental disorder/impairment/disability
Medical Immunization card of the Child (keep a copy too)
Residence Proof (Election Card/ Ration Card/ Passport/Telephone bill/ Electricity bill/Driving License)
Sibling (Report Card / Latest Fee Bill of the sibling)
First Child (Affidavit)
Alumni (School Leaving Certificate / Sr. Secondary Certificate stating the name of the school)
Single Parent (Death Certificate of the spouse)
Any other Documents if needed and asked for.
