don't lose heart. there will be a number of lists for each school before march end.

You should wait.There would be many vacancies  in large numbers of schools. Keep in touch with them

I feel neighbourhood criteria was not properly considered in my daughter's case in 2 schools.
Can I challenge the decision of the school ?

In one of the case (Queen Mary's, Model Town) they were giving following weightage on distance :

0 - 5 km - 30 points

6 and above - 20 points

The distance from my locality to the school is 4.8 kms as per google maps but still they didn't give us 30 points for which they conducted a draw today as there was a tie at 30 points.

What do you suggest in this case ?
