नई दिल्ली. नर्सरी दाखिले की दौड़ में आवेदन प्रक्रिया खत्म होने के साथ ही अब अभिभावकों ने प्वाइंट सिस्टम का गणित बैठाना शुरू कर दिया है। इसके चलते उन्होंने दाखिले के अन्य तरीकों पर भी विचार शुरू कर दिया है। इसका कारण यह है कि स्कूलों की ओर से डोनेशन की मांग शुरू हो गई है।
कहीं इसे चंदे का नाम दिया जा रहा है तो कहीं डेवलपमेंट फंड। अभिभावकों का आरोप है कि उनके पास लगातार स्कूलों से पहली सूची में दाखिला सुनिश्चित करने के लिए फोन आ रहे हैं। साफ है कि शिक्षा निदेशालय की लाख कोशिशों के बावजूद अब स्कूलों में डोनेशन का खेल शुरू हो गया है।
अभिभावकों का आरोप है कि स्कूल किसी न किसी बहाने डोनेशन लेकर सीट बुक करने के ऑफर पेश कर रहे हैं। अभिभावकों ने साफ आरोप लगाते हुए कहा है कि पीतमपुरा, अशोक विहार व द्वारका के कुछ स्कूल सीट बुकिंग के लिए डोनेशन की मांग कर रहे हैं।
एडमिशन नर्सरी डॉट कॉम की फोरम पर चर्चा में अभिभावक इस बात का खुलासा कर रहे हैं। चूंकि, ५-१क् स्कूलों में आवेदन किए गए हैं, इसलिए अभिभावकों को लगातार इस बात की चिंता है कि इतने में स्कूलों में आवेदन करने के बाद भी नंबर नहीं आता तो फिर क्या होगा।
ऐसे में उनकी सोच यह है कि यदि दाखिले के लिए स्कूल को डोनेशन भी देना पड़े तो वे देंगे। हालांकि, डोनेशन देने से पहले वे प्वाइंट का गणित लगा रहे हैं कि किस स्कूल में नंबर आ सकता है और किस में नहीं। एक अभिभावक ने बताया कि निदेशालय के पास भेजी शिकायत पर एक्शन तो होता नहीं, इसलिए यदि सीट पक्की करनी है तो इस रास्ते को मजबूरी में अपनाना ही पड़ेगा।
उल्लेखनीय है कि निदेशालय के नियमों के मुताबिक इंटरेक्शन, इंटरव्यू व डोनेशन प्रतिबंधित है। ऐसे में अगर स्कूल ऐसा कर रहे हैं तो यह नियमों की अवहेलना है। एडमिशन नर्सरी डॉट कॉम के संस्थापक सुमित वोहरा ने बताया कि उनकी फोरम पर डोनेशन मांगे जाने से जुड़ी 50 से ज्यादा शिकायतें आ चुकी हैं। इसमें ३५-६५ हजार रुपए की डिमांड कर पहली लिस्ट में ही नाम पक्का करने की गारंटी दी जा रही है।
उन्होंने कहा कि स्कूलों का यह रवैया नया नहीं है। बीते साल की तरह इस बार भी कड़ी प्रतियोगिता को भांपते हुए स्कूल अभिभावकों की कमजोरी का फायदा उठाने में लगे हैं। सुमित वोहरा कहते हैं कि स्कूलों की इन गतिविधियों पर सरकार को ध्यान देना चाहिए। केवल खानापूर्ति न करते हुए स्कूलों के खिलाफ लगाम कसने की जरूरत है, जिससे स्कूलों को सबक मिले और पारदर्शिता के साथ दाखिले हो सकें।

Today, Vivekanand School, Anand Vihar, completed its first list of admission in the most hilarious manner through first-come, first-serve basis. Although the schools performed the eye-wash exercise a week ago to shortlist children for the first list of admission. The parents were instructed to visit the school today at 9:00 am to check their children name in the list. But to their surprise, the school management performed the admission procedure in a very unscrupulous way. The total 80 seats was filled within 20 minutes and left those parents in the pall of gloom whose children name were their in the list, but were refused admission by the school management. One serious question: Are such schools obeying the DOE directives? Is DOE empowered to take stringent actions against such schools for flouting the DOE directives?

@manoj: On paper, there are supposed to be a lot of things happening. DoE is supposed to accept complaints from parents on its centralized site and "resolve" all pending issues. The truth however, is out there for everyone to see.
Truth is - schools have to provide 25% free seats as per Govt directive. The remaining seats can be given away any which way the school wants! This way, the Govt washes away its hands from providing education to the poor. Also, the schools have a free hand in making up fees from paying parents. So no Manoj .. truth is nothing that you can actually do. However, if the injustice rankles you enough .. can complain to DoE and visit NCPCR and file a writ against the school

You are right both DCPCR Delhi State based and NCPCR National based both are fighting against RTE violations.

So it's Queen's Valley. Queen's Valley and Sachdeva are same management. For Sachdeva Rs.50000 and for Queens Rs.30000 the rate.

One of my child is in Sachdeva. They have not asked any money from us but with this money business I am not sure that I will even get a seat there under sibling category

sorry, lathaji ;; i opened the site after long time. We paid 28,000 for admission and first quarter with a sibling discount of Rs. 1500. In total it will be around Rs. 32000/- with transportation. Other quarters around 18000.
