Need urgent help - birth certificate req. by DPS SL

DPS SL has asked for attested municipal birth certificate. Now the prob is my son was born in US( we parents r Indian citizens) and he has a US birth certificate. How can we get it attested here when he wasn't born here? Plz advice....someone in similar situation.

Can we get birth certificate attested from any city or it should be attested from Noida only...
