yeah Amiown seemed ok types, not excellent. What did you not like? But sir, For us we can only afford DPS, amity (amiown) etc. Other schools like Lotus valley, scottish high etc are out of my budget.

Sarabjit ji, almost similar case for us. DPS and DAV are little cheaper but Amiown costs around 10-12k per month, Suncity and Scottish high are also around this monthly tag. But suncity and scottish are millions times better than amiown kind of school.

What other school are you trying? I have filled for DPS 45 and amity 43 too. Isnt it strange that how can amiown decide who to give admission and who to not in a matter of 4-5 mins and such general questions. What are they looking for?

not sure i think they are trying to show off much than actual because they knows that parents are looking forward for Amity (sec-46) only otherwise nobody will go for amiown ? but lets c their results and gud luck to us. V also applied for both of these schools as well.

@Sarabjit, you should have opposed the teacher asking questions to your kid. RTE Act doesn't allow schools to question kids or parent. I have spoken to Amiown Gurgaon on Saturday, and the person replied tried to escape with the answer, "we want to see the child who will remain us for 12-14 years". I told you have photographs pasted on the form. He replied please speak to management and cut the phone.
Therefore, my appeal to all of the aspiring parents to oppose schools asking questions to kids and parents. I am sure you will win the fight. Many people like Vohra family, AN team & others will always stand by your side.
