yes Bij ji, i got hold of last years prospectus and thy had points for distance, girl child, siblings, children with special needs, single parents and alumni of school. I am thinkin of submitting an affidavit for first child hoping that the school might decide to award points for it as mentioned in VII...

Bij Ji/Sakshi/Mr. Vohra/ Latha Ji, Can you plz tell me the difference between a core DPS and a franchisee DPS like the one at expressway. I'll be grateful for your help.

DPS INDIRAPURAM:
A well established DPS School (a frainchisee one i.e. under the Aegis of DPS Society)is giving consistent excellent acadmic results, having 2 separate campuses for senior & junior wings with ample infrastructure, good focus to various extra-curricular activities, well qualified teachers, a versatile principal Mrs. Meeta Rai who is is with DPSI since inception in 2003 (she is ex Vice-Principal of DPS Vasant Kunj), good focus to IT & smart boards in class rooms.
Total sections: 12 (A to L), each section having around 40 students & 2 teachers..so total nursery strength=480,
Session 2012-13 Nursery Fees:
(I) Admission charges:
(A) admission fee=43,000/-, caution fee=6600; Total=49,600/-
(B) Annual charges=13,500/-
Total admission charges to be paid at time of Admission A+B=63,100/-
(II) Quarterly Fees:
Tution fee=9,700/-, smart class fee=900/-, computer fee=1300/-; Total=11,900/-
(III) Quarterly Bus Fee as per route chart: Min 3,210/- for Indirapuram & Max 5,100/- for Delhi.

i think it is a good choice in Indirapuram/Noida sec-62 area as i have personally seen good grooming of students here and parents are quite satisfied.

I need feedback for following schools:-

1) DPS on expressway

2) Mayoor Intl

3)Sapphire Intl

4) Billabong

5) Bal Vharti Public School

6) Khaitan Public School

7) Sommerville Expressway

Kindly rate them according to your preference. We have 2nd interaction for Apeejay on 21st Sep and haven't heard anything on Amity. Have applied for FAS.

Vandana ji, many of these schools like DPS Expressway, Sapphire intl, are good schools. For them pls go and visit the school personally and see the atmosphere & facilities there, interact with teachers & other parents to solicit most of 1st hand information to decide your further course of action.

Also all the best for your attempt at Amity,Apeejay & FAS.
