Thanks for quick prompt.

But, they also doen't come in 5 KM criteria. Points system is the major part in admissions nowadays. within 5 KM, i am not able to find good schools. So, plz guide me little bit more.

This is exactly the point I raised. Everyone cannot be within 5 KM radius of good schools. These parents will always suffer & will have to send their kids to not-so-good schools, just because they are in their neighborhood. Does this mean that Mr Chadha does not have any right to send his child to a good school? If we fix distance as main criteria & abolish other points, where will be the variation? If we follow only distance as main criteria, then why not send our kids to nearest government school? Will all parents agree to that? Therefore, I feel that there must be some variation & other heads like alumni, sibling, first child, etc are also important.

let us not mess up our point system so much that distance is the only criteria. To grow, a school need students of mixed backgrounds, so that students get a cohesive learning environment. Else , the parents of this year will suffer the most & repent later.

I strongly agree with Mr. Jaspreet Singh reply. There are lots more parents like me getting tensed about not sending child to good school.
