Latha Ji,

My son will be 4+ as on 31 March 2013. his DOB is 14th Jan. will he be eligible for nursery or if you can give some information as to which schools in dwarka can accomodate him. Also if anybody can give some info on this.

Is your son's DOB 14-01-2009 ? If so he will be eligible for KG or Pre-Primary Class. I think BGS will come out for KG along with nursery admission for 30 seats. Pragati Public school come out with KG admission. Dwarka International School too you can approach. Just go and enquire personally in all the schools you wish this week itself since winter vacation and then busy with nursery admission. You can approach other new schools like Paramount, Indian Heights, Sachdeva, New Era, Sam International too.

Yes his DOB is 14 Jan 2009. But for kids who will be 4+ in Jan itself is there no relaxation. I dont think the kids will be able to follow the KG syllabus and there will be lot of pressure. Will surely visit schools and get information. thanks for the information.

I'm also sailing in same boat. My son's DOB is 21-02-2009 and am more keen for the nursery session. Can anyone plz guide/update on the schools who are accepting this age group or will it be really tough securing admission.

Also any update on the recently issued guideline on the upper age cut-off? Is it an implemented guideline or an advisory ?

@Priyanka nope no update so far.

So unless specifically mentioned, your child will be eligible for admission. Some schools infact give more points to 4+.

Unfortunately no! :( I recall Srijan School Model Town probably doing so.

Anyway, keep an eye out on points system. You would know.

Priyanka , It advisory and on our founder Mr Sumit Vohra Protest in media/ letter to minister/Director DOE ..Tomorrow on 27 dec Advisory committee is meeting again just to review upper cut off for review.

Admission open at The Shri Ram School, Vasant Vihar for Pravesh Vatika (Nursery) for the Academic Session 2013-2014. Online forms will be available at www.tsrs.org from 1st January, 2013 to 15th January, 2013

The guidelines regarding points allocation havent been published on the Shri Ram School school website. any idea when they will do that?
