You will need to attach them while submitting the form to the respective schools.

AND

The original copies have to be shown for verification during admissions.

The medical practitioner needs to state the health of the child. One or two schools schools even provide a format for it. But you can keep one handy from your family physician.

The truth is every school has its positives and negatives and the expectations differ from parent to parent. My daughter is happy going to school and enjoys there so I should be satisfied....BUT I am a bit unhappy with the transport facility , the school uniform and last minute sms(s)sent out to us.There are lots of Extra curricular activities but there is definite lack of outdoor activities.

The 1st child affidavit can be done through any advocate on a stamp paper and get it attested by a NOTARY or SDM in the case of THE BANYAN TREE SCHOOL

Some might get it done by charging you ..or you'll have to get it done at Tis Hazari

Hi Deepmala, Can u pls tell me from whom u get the attestation done. I mean to say that which grade or level officers signature works ? Thanks

Attestation can be done by:

Class I or Group A or Grade 1 gazetted Officers:

Lieutenant and above in Indian Army,All India Services, though posted to states; State Government Services (selected through Public Service Commissions in States) or promoted public servants/ officers from states to the cadre of Assistant Commissioner or above and to the cadre of All India services; Police officers of Circle Inspector and above; Additional District Civil surgeons, Executive Engineers and above, District Medical Officer and above, Principals and teaching faculty of government degree colleges and above, Readers and above of Universities, Patent Examiner, Geologists of Geological Survey of India etc are Gazetted officers and have the authority to verify and attest documents.

Class II or Group B-Officers are also gazetted officers:

Naib Subedar to Subedar Major, Section Officer, BDO, Tahsildar, Junior Doctors in Government hospitals, TDO ,Assistant Executive Engineer, Lecturers in government intermediate/senior secondary education colleges or schools, Headmaster of Government high schools, Magistrate., Bank Managers of Nationalized banks.

Some times schools mention to whom the attestations can be done.

is the attestation from Notary is not valid ?
