Dear Sakshi....hi again.....
have few more doubts:
1. Are the immunisation records and medical certificates signed by the doctors have to be attested?
2. Can the affidavits be attested by Class 1 officer except for few schools??
3. Do we need School names on all affidavits?

1yes if you a giving multiple zerox in different school.
2 No Affidavits have to be made by notary unless specified.
3 Yes (schools specific, in case schools mentions it clearly in their document lise .Else not required.)
