Could u please explain the point system of sanskriti? It seems they are awarding points out of 50, instead of 100.
They go for a category based percentage of seats and in that for All India and Central
Services belonging to Group A and Serving Officers of Defence Services and General category they give 50 points which is based on parameters Area, siblings and alumni.
But how do they allocate points to general category?

General Instructions
Please fill up this form very carefully as admission will be based on the contents of this form.
Use only blue ballpoint pen to fill the form.
The form should be filled by a parent in own handwriting.
Kindly submit the duly completed form at Reception of Dashmesh Public School by
January 15, 2013 (12 Noon).
You are advised to keep a photocopy of the filled form.
Attach the following Attested Photostat documents with the form (i) Certificate of Birth (ii)
Proof of Residence (iii) Others as stated above [Annexure I section A].
Children who complete 3 years as on 31-March-2013 are eligible for admission for the
academic session 2013-14.
The number of seats available for admission to Pre-School is 50.
You are advised to fill in only one form to avoid cancellation.
The admission process has been carefully designed to provide equal opportunity to all and to
maintain transparency. As per the recommendations of Government of National Capital Territory of

Admission Procedure
Forms will be available online and at the school reception from 1st January - 15th January 2013.
Admissions will be done as per circular number F / DE / 15 / 1301 / ACT / 2007 / 7002 Dated 24-11-2007 issued by Education Department, Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
The names of those seeking admission to the school, are enrolled for registration during the term preceding the one in which admission is desired, on the completion of a Registration form obtainable from the school office between 9.00 to 3.00 p.m. on working days.

Pupils who have attended other schools will be admitted only on the production of a Transfer Certificate from the previous schools.

Before a pupil is enrolled, enrolment form and other necessary papers must be completed by the guardian. Due care should be taken in providing a photo and in filling the date of birth of the child in words and figures. The date of birth will not be changed later, at any cost. A Original copy of the birth certificate is to be produced on first admission in pre-primary / class I. |

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION
(GENERAL CATEGORY)
Commencement of Online Registration 1st January 2013 (10:00 am onwards )
Last date of Online Registration 15th January 2013 (till 2:00 pm)
Eligible Age 3+ as on 31st March 2013.
• Click on “Online Registration” and complete the form as per directions. When you have
filled the form click on “Submit” to save the page. Take a printout of the confirmation
page. You will also receive a Registration Number at successful submission.
• A Pay Order of Rs. 300/- (non refundable) in favour of Principal, Darbari Lal DAV Model
School, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi (Rs. 25/- as Registration charges and Rs. 275/- for processing
charges for Online Registration) should be attached with the printout of the Registration form
Also paste recent passport size photographs in the allotted space. No other documents are
to be submitted at this stage.
• Write the name of the child, Father’s Name and Registration Number allotted to you at the
reverse of the Pay Order. Drop the Registration Form in the drop box at Gate No. 1 of the
school latest by 5:00 p.m. on 15th January, 2013.
• Online receipt can be printed after 22nd January 2013 .
• Result Online after 10:00 am. on 15th February , 2013

Final admission is subject to verification of the following documents to be produced in Original.
However, a set of attested photocopies of the relevant documents listed below will also be required at
the time of verification.

MTNL Bill / Voter’s I-Card / Ration Card / Driving

• Proof of Sibling A copy of the latest Fee slip issued by the school office
for the Academic Session 2012-2013.
• Proof of Alumni School Leaving Certificate/ Secondary/ Senior Secondary
Certificate.
• Proof of transferable job Proof of transfer at least once in 5 years in the past 10
years
• Proof of Single Parent Authentic legal documents
• Proof of DAV employee Latest salary slip / I-card.
Also bring a passport size photograph of the child for admission after verification of
documents.

Take a print out of the online filled registration form and submit the same in Rosary Church School, Radio Colony, Kingsway Camp,Delhi-9,with a fee of Rs.25/-from 02.01.2013 to 15.01.2013 on all working days from 9.00.A.M to 12.00Noon.
On-line submission of forms will consider only on submitting of the filled registration form along with a fee of Rs.25/- only. Non submission of filled on-line registration forms will be treated as cancelled and will not be consider for admission.
Any alteration on printed Registration form will not be accepted and will be treated as cancelled.
N.B.: Two recent photographs (size3x2 inches) of the child along with parents (Father and mother) should be affixed on the Registration Form and acknowledgement.
