Most schools ask only for medical fitness certificate. You can get immunization certificate if schools ask for. For few school ask for photocopy or attested immunization or vaccination chart.

A govt registered Medical Practitioner will issue the certificate by writing in their letter head.

Usually docs would give it on their letterhead, whatever size it is.

Ive already commented on GDG Rohini. Not worth given the price they ask. Definitely not worth the distance ur child will travel.

thanx mam your message is really morale booster but i just want to know what usually the cutoff point goes. also do they have first come first serve as they will entertain first 5oo applications. seconf its not clear if one has submitted on line fee eventhen printed form & required document has to be submitted phyically till 15th jan. kindly clear it.

Vibha, First come First Serve is illegal.

cut varies from school to school as every school have diffent points it varied from 25 -50 +

Some online forms want you to submit the cost of form with that they might ask you to attach printout.

Some forms are partial online - u can just download them and submit .

Charu "Frst come First Serve "is illegal whether its fees or forms .every school has to give the forms for 15 days .
