Not entirely true.

A number of schools I applied in required it to be submitted a long with form. It was included in the list of documents to be submitted along with completed form.

And hes talking abut fitness certificate (not immunization chart), so I do not see a reason why Rohit cannot have it made in multiples from the doctor. In fact wherever I submitted it along with completed form, it was to be attached in original only.

Jaspreet, No Registered Medical Doctors Makes more than one medical fitness cetificate of the same month as its against the ethics (unless doctor is known to you) As Rohit also mentioned. Unless u request that u have lost it.

Follow by the schools Admission Criteria in Nursery admission thread which is updated now and then and choose schools which favours you.

Go to the top of this page and choose FORUM > "450 SCHOOLS DELHI/NCR". That should give you the list of all schools in dwarka.

After that use the Search box topmost right corner of this page and you can find specific discussions about the schools you wish.

ok ....and plz tell me that the affidavits for the first born must be original or photocopy and is it to be attached with the form while submitting??

Neha, In original ( school specific ) physical forms , you need to submit along with form but not in online

BBPS PP : Confusion over document submission -
The heading on school website says "DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH APPLICATION FORM TO BE FILLED IN BY SELECTED STUDENTS". Now the confusion is whether the listed docs need to be submitted "WITH APPLICATION FORM (i.e. at the time of applying, by all)" or "BY SELECTED STUDENTS (i.e. at the time of paying fees - by selected child)"?

Also, date of 1st list and 2nd list is not clear.

1^st List and wait-list (2^nd List) - 15th February,2013 (EWS) - 28th February,2013 (General)
