Please tell me what is thee baptisam certificate & who make it.......aur what is use of this ?

single child affidavit should be make particular school name or not ?

Baptism Certificate is a Cetificate Confirmation from the Parish where you were Baptized.if you belong to Christian Religion. Make affidavits without school name since only few schools may ask to mention and that can be made later.
