As per the schedule given by Department of Education, the registration for Pre-School session 2013-14 will be open from January 1, 2013 to January 15, 2013 on the school website http:\\www.bbpsdwarka.org. You will be required to drop the Confirmation Page to this submission in the drop box along with a Pay Order/ Demand Draft of Rs.100/- in favour of 'Bal Bharati Public School, Dwarka' from January 1, 2013 to January 16, 2013 (02:00 pm) towards processing charges (Kindly mention Ward’s name, Father’s name, Mobile No. and Registration No. on the back of Pay Order/Demand Draft). Last date of depositing the Pay Order and Confirmation Page is January 16, 2013. Your application will not be processed if it is not received by January 16, 2013 by 02:00 pm.
- School will not be responsible for the non-receipt of Confirmation sent by Post. Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected.
- Do not submit form more than once. Submitting more than once can lead to cancellation.
- Admission will be granted subject to verification of documents. List of the provisionally shortlisted candidates alongwith a waiting list will be put up on the school notice board and website on February 15, 2013 at 03:00 p.m.

EWS Applicants & Disadvantaged Group Applicants
Application form for applicants belonging to EWS category and Disadvantaged Group is available at the school gate or Website of DOE from January 1st, 2013 to January 15th, 2013 between 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on all working days of the school. Seats are reserved for Economically Weaker Section and Disadvantaged Group as per rules.
-Admission shall first be offered to eligible students belonging to EWS and Disadvantaged Group residing within 1 km of the specific school
- In case the vacancies remain unfilled, students residing within 3 kms of the school shall be admitted
- If there are still vacancies, then the admission shall be offered to other students residing within 6 kms of the institution
- Students residing beyond 6 kms shall be admitted only in case vacancies remain unfilled even after considering all the students within 6 kms area
- In case of an Orphan, a Certificate issued by the Women and Child Development Department of GNCT of Delhi
Note – In case number of applications received in any of above mentioned categories exceed the number of seats available ,in that case selection will be done by draw of lots.

5. Affidavit from a notary certifying that the child is first born / first adopted / first surviving.
6. Proof to validate child with special needs from a Govt. Hospital/Dispensary.
7. Proof of old student of Bal Bharati Public School, Dwarka only i.e. photocopy of class X and XII School Leaving Certificate (Parents).

The registration for admission to Pre School class for the session 2013-14 will remain open from 1st January, 2013 to 15th January, 2013.

  1. Read the Instructions given in the form carefully before filling the form to avoid rejection.
  2. Only one form per child will be accepted.
  3. Please fill in each field of the form in BLOCK LETTERS or simply select by clicking on the choices available.
  4. Use the TAB key or Mouse Control to move from one field to another.
  5. Kindly furnish the details of Cheque/Pay Order/DD of Rs.150/-(NON REFUNDABLE) towards Processing Fee in the ONLINE FORM in the relevant column.
  6. Please provide atleast one phone number (of both Father and Mother) in the column(s) provided for future communication.
  7. Take a print out of the Admission- Application Form generated after submission. Affix child's photograph on the form in the space provided. Ensure that the form is duly signed. Send it by post/drop it in the appropriate drop box(according to your category) at Pusa Road Campus along with the Cheque/Pay Order/Demand Draft of Rs.150/- (towards Processing fee), in favour of BAL BHARATI PUBLIC SCHOOL latest by 15th January, 2013.
  8. Please ensure that the Father's Name, Child's Name and the Registration number are also mentioned at the back of the Cheque/Pay Order/DD.
  9. Any Cheque/Pay Order/DD received after 15th January,2013 will not be entertained. School will not be responsible for any loss of Cheque/Pay Order/DD sent by post.
  10. No documents except photograph of the child is to be attached at present.
  11. Age of the child as on 31-03-2013 should be from 3 years to 4 years (i.e. born between 01.04.2009 to 31.03.2010).
  12. Registration will stand cancelled in case the cheque gets bounced.
  13. Fee for the current session (2012-13) can be viewed under guidelines for parents in the Parents Zone tab. For session 2013-14 fee structure is yet to be decided.

Process of selection for admission: General Category :

1) The detail procedure for admission is printed in the registration form available as per schedule

given above & is as per the guidelines issued by the Directorate of Education.

2) The school will scrutinize the registration forms to verify the details and other particulars filled up by parents or guardian.

3) The school will not conduct any interview of the child or the parent. However, the school may call parents/guardian with the purpose to ascertain the veracity and correctness of the documents/details, which will be communicated to the parents/guardian in writing in advance.

Eligibility - Strictly as per the norms of Directorate of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi.

Class to Admission: Pre Primary

Age criteria Not less than 04 years as on 31/03/2013

Pre Primary admission forms (2013-2014) are available on all working days at the Reception Counter free of cost for EWS category and Disadvantaged Group w.e.f. 1/1/2013 to 15/1/2013 between 9.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.

As per the directions of Directorate of Education kindly submit anyone of the following documents as proof:

*Proof of Date of Birth

1. Birth certificate under the Births, Deaths and Marriage Certificates Act, 1886.

2. Hospital/Auxiliary Nurse and Midwife (ANM) register record.

3. Anganwadi Record.

4. Declaration of the age of the child by the parent or guardian.

**Proof of Residence

Ration card issued in the name of parents (mother/father having name of the child).

1. Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.

2. Voter I-card of any of the parents.

3. Electricity bill/ MTNL telephone bill/water bill.

4. Unique Identity Card of mother/father/child issued by Government of India.

5. Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.

***Proof of Income

1. Income certificate issued by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar or any other Competent Authority

2. BPL Ration Card (Yellow Coloured)

3. AAY Ratin Card(Pink Coloured)

****Proof of Disadvantaged group.

1. A Certificate issued by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar or any other Competent Authority.

2. Caste Certificate issued by DC Office.

3. Medical certificate from Govt. hospital, incase of children with special needs/diabilities.

4. A certificate issued in accordance with instructions issued by the department of women and Child Development , GNCT of delhi wide order dated 11.12.12 in case of Orphan child .

CRPF CATEGORY

Class to Admission: Pre Primary

Age criteria Not less than 04 years as on 31/03/2013

*(The child born between 1/4/2008 to 31/3/2009 is eligible for registration)

Pre Primary admission forms (2013-2014) are available on all working days at the Reception Counter Rs.10/- for CRPF category 1st January 2013.

*A child born between 01.04.2008 to 31.03.2009

1.Attested photocopy of Date of birth certificate of child issued by MCD/NDMC or any other authorized body.

2.Latest passport size photograph of the child, pasted in the space given in the form.

3.Service certificate in original of either of the parents (Father/Mother) serving in CRPF issued from CRPF.

4.Attested photocopy of the I Card /Service Certificate, either of the parents (Father/Mother) serving in CRPF.

5. If belongs to SC,ST, OBC-attested photocopy of the certificate.

6. Sibling proof - Attested photocopy of latest fee-slip of real brother/sister studying in the school.

7. Copy of the latest movement order issued by the concerned deparment/office(as aplicable).
