hi..do pending divorce cases come under single parent criteria.what affidavit or documents we need to produce to proove the case is pending and that person is single parent?

If there is any valid legal document related to it try with it even though schools may not accept.

 Generally schools will not accpet as the matter is subjudice also be careful as they may reject the form

 

 Please try to speak to school authorities on the issue
