• Date for submission of forms

: January 01, 2013-January 15, 2013 Between 9:30 A.M. To 3:00 P.M.

• Minimum age of the student as on 31.03.2013

• 1st list of selected students of general category will be declared on 25th January, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.

• Fees of selected students of 1st list can be deposited between 28th January till 4th February 2013 (from 9:00a.m. to 3:00p.m.)

• Draw of 2nd list of general category will be held on 15th February 2013 at 10:00a.m. (If any).

• Fees of selected students of 2nd list can be deposited between 16th February to 21st February 2013 (from 9:00a.m. to 3:00p.m.) (If any)

• All the documents mentioned on the school notice board/school website are to be submitted along with the form.

• Cancelation of admission for 1st list students till 13th February (3:00p.m.)

• Cancelation of admission for 2nd list students till 28th February (3:00p.m.)

• Admission closes on 30th March 2013.

*The admission form can be procured & submitted in both the wings.
*The list of the selected candidates will be displayed on school notice board of both the wings and school website.
The admission procedure will be conducted only at JUNIOR WING i.e. B BLOCK DERAWAL NAGAR, DELHI-110009

	Original copy of BIRTH CERTIFICATE issued by MCD/any other equivalent competent authority.
	Attested copy of passport/driving license/voter’s identity card of parents for residence proof.
	Attested copy of proof of parent/parents employment/business: a. Name of Organization. b. Office address. c. Designation. d. Length of service/establishment.
	Single parent (widow/widower)-Attested photocopy of Death Certificate.
	Original Medical certificate for child with special needs (Dyslexia only).
	Original Affidavit for first born child with the school name printed on it.
	Original Fitness certificate from the doctor.
	Sibling-photocopy of the fee receipt of any quarter.

Nursery Registration Notice

Send completed Registration form to "Admission Incharge, R. D. Rajpal School, Sector-9, Dwarka, New Delhi -110077".
Last date of receipt of Registration forms is 15th January 2013 till 3:30pm.
Age: 3+ as on 31st March 2013
Shortlisted candidates need to come for documents verification on 28th and 29th January 2013. They will be informed through Telephone and e-mail on 25th January 2013.
1st list of selected candidates will be displayed on 1st February 2013 at 9:00 am. Parents can pay fees from 1st Feb to 9th Feb between 9:00am and 3:30pm.
2nd list (only if any vacancies left) will be displayed on 11th February 2013 at 9:00am. Parents can pay fees from 11th Feb to 16th Feb between 9:00am and 3:30pm.

Self-attested photocopies of the supporting documents have to be submitted along with the Registration form. Original documents will have to be produced for verification purposes on specified dates.

Child’s Birth certificate issued by Municipal Corporation
Residential proof: Last paid MTNL / Electricity / LPG Bill / Government Bank passbook / Registered Sale or lease deed more than 2 months old (with the name of parent). Please note that Notary attested Lease deed will not be considered as a residential proof.
Photo ID Proof: Voter ID / Passport / Driving Licence / UID Card
Sibling Proof: School ID / Report Card / Fee receipt of Elder sibling
Transferable job: Company ID card and Letter from the employer.
First Born: Original notary attested affidavit on Rs.10/- stamp paper
Immunisation card of the child.

My child is 15.04.2010 born falling 15 days short of permissible age limit but few school in my area i.e. safdarjung enclave are accepting my form for addmission to nursery 2013. Question is it schools discretion to accept the form or reject it on age limit basis?

Have filled in forms for Dps eok and mathura road
Plz confirm if i am correct for dps eok.just need to fill online nothing else needs to be done.

Hi Praveen ji..all the best

DPS Mathura Road:

1. Fill the form on the website.
2. Take two/three print outs of the filled form.
3. A list of short listed candidates for verification will be displayed on the school website on January 19th 2013. You will be required to bring a print out of the filled form along with attested photocopies and the original documents on the day of the verification (January 21st 2013 onwards (as per schedule that will be mentioned on the list)
4. Please keep a copy / printout of the filled form for your record.
DPS RK Puram(EOK):
Scrutiny / Verification of Online applications-The applicants shall produce the relevant documents in original along with a set of photocopies as and when required by the school.

Both are good, but Maxfort is costly....

You can alternatively try for MBS, IP, Basava etc. They are also good.

Thanks for the input Lathaa Jee,

Thats the reason they are not accepting the filled in application form i.e. they ask us to pay the admission fee or reserve the seat by paying 5000/- INR and only then they will accept the form.
