Have filed the online form for gyan bharti, saket. The printed form is to be deposited in the school. However proper print is not coming out. There appears to be some problem with the format. Has anybody faced the same problem.

Are we suppose to get two affidavits separately for single child and first child. Or only one affidavit of first child is enough .?? Please revert asap thank u .

A single affidavit will do. You can add that your child is the first and only child.

ADMISSION

A child who has attained the age of 3 years as on March 31 of the relevant year is admitted to class Pre-School as per the rules, regulations and criteria displayed at the school notice board at the start of the admission procedure of that particular academic session. The application for admission must be accompanied by a birth certificate issued by the appropriate Municipal authority. (For admission to a higher class, a transfer certificate and progress report card from the school last attended would suffice, provided the said school is recognised by the appropriate authority. The date of birth once entered in the school records will not be altered under any circumstances.)

ADMISSION FOR EWS AND DISADVANTAGED GROUP CATEGORY ENTRY LEVEL CLASS WILL BE CONDUCTED ON THE BASIS OF HON'BLE DELHI HIGH COURT JUDGEMENT DATED 31/01/2012 IN WP (C) NO. 636/2012 & WP (C) NO. 40/12 & VIDE CIRCULAR NO. F.15 (110)/DE/ACT/2011/7563-74 DATED 13/02/2012 ISSUED BY THE DIRECTORATE OF EDUCATION (ACT BRANCH) NCR DELHI.

FOLLOWING IS THE ORDER OF HON'BLE DELHI HIGH COURT.
(i) Admission shall first be offered to eligible students belonging to EWS and disadvantaged group residing within 1 Km. of the specific schools.
(ii) In case the vacancies remain unfilled, students residing within 3 Kms. of the school shall be admitted.
(iii) If there are still vacancies, then the admission shall be offered to other students residing within 6 Kms. of the institutions.
(iv) Students residing beyond 6 kms. shall be admitted only in case vacancies remain unfilled even after considering all the students within 6 kms. area.

latha ji....Please guide me for mother's international school kalu sarai......they want residence proof...but not accepting rental agreement....i want to know if i am residing in rental accommodation ....i hv not my own property ..is that mean...my son is not applicable for admission?.....all my documents are on my permanent address...bt they are not accepting that....please help me.

They accept only Ration Card / Passport / Voter ID / Property Tax / Latest Electricity Bill/ UID. Schools are given autonomy to decide to collect their own documents. File a complaint with DOE.
