As we are getting lot of complaints regarding parents confusion about some schools coming too early with results. ALL THE PARENTS WRITE THE NAME OF SCHOOLS WHERE THEY FEEL THEY CAN LOOSE MONEY

As we are getting lot of complaints regarding parents confused on some schools coming too early with results.

AS per DOE the money can be refunded only if refund is applied within one month else there is no provision of refund after one month AS PER DOE

PLEASE SEE THE REFUND POLICY AS PER DOE GIVEN  BELOW

Cancellation: 1st list on 13th Feb, 2nd list on 28th Feb

Ramjas School, Anand Pravat & Darya Ganj are taking admission by draw against DOE rules and also there draw is on 21.01.2013

What if a child gets admission in third list in desired school which is after one month of getting admission in first list of any school where admission was done just to secured a seat, as back-up? Will they loose whole amount? Usually this amount is between 40000 to 70000.

The school can only deduct One month Tution fee + Admission fee + Registration fee ..if refund is applied within one month from the date of admission so 85-90% of the amount will be refunded. But proper receipts needed.

Lathaa Ji, I am talking about scenario where one month has past. Since the admission process and dates of all schools are not in sync so it is very much possible that one gets admission in a desired school much later than one month of first admission. Also for KG admissions few schools like Lancers, Aadharshila are giving application forms whose first list will be Jan but many schools like DPS, APEEJAY, DAV etc has not even entertained KG admissions yet, they might do so in Mar end, so the time gap between these can be more than one month.

In that case there is no refund option in guidelines. It would be School specific.

That is what I am pointing out which requires authorities attention. This amount is not less which a middle class can forget easily. Authorities should have some resolution to this problem, like sync the dates of admissions in all schools or increasing the time frame of getting refund.
