Yes there nursery admissions are over on 21 August 2013

We called them and they closed there nursery admission on 30 Aug and will start calling this week

Gauri, I know some body they submit the form in Modern DPS on 31st August and got call for interaction on 2nd sept.
I think Modern DPS calling for interaction on the basis of parent qualification, Any idea about it ???

For MVN, you don't need to apply separately at both branches. I applied at MVN 17 branch on Saturday (31-08-13), was asked to meet them at Aravalli Hill branch on Sunday (1-09-13). In the interaction they asked us which branch we prefer & they made a note of our preference. Then on Monday, we got a call intimating us of our selection and were asked to complete admission formalities by 5-09-13.
Don't know what the criteria for shortlisting candidates is at Modern DPS, but they have 2 rounds there. First where both parents and child meet the Director-Principal and the next round where child is taken to the school coordinator. We went for interaction on 3rd Sept and got to know by that evening itself that we were selected.
Now in turmoil & unable to decide which school to send our child to - MVN Aravalli or Modern DPS? :)

Reevey Jacob, I suggest for Modern DPS. Had it been MVN Sector-17, then my 1st choice would be Sec-17 followed by MDPS.

Oh! Sec 17 is better than Aravalli? I thought since there are more extra-curriculars, aravalli would probably be better! Had I known this, I would have opted for Sec 17 at the interview itself!!! Anyways I'll go for Modern DPS like you suggested. Thanks, Maharam :)

In MVN, We too were called in Aravalli for nursery admission and we also gone through same interaction process as you (Reevey) described but we gave the preference for Sec-17 and today we got the call for submitting admission fees for MVN sec-17.
