Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2025-26

I am a working mom.At DAV inetraction when they came to know that I am putting my kids in daycare ,there response was some different(- ve).Is really this makes such difference.If we are not working,how we can spend so much money on admissions.very much confused and tensed.

Hi good morning Mohik,

First of all don't worry have faith everything will be ok.

Yah its a concern for a bit since I believe most of the admission counsellors might be looking to prefer parents wherein atleast 1 parent spends most of the time with child since this way they believe child will get proper attention and hence child will do well in studies.

But at the same time its also important to know that with single parent working, its very hard to meet all day to day expenses in most of the schools nowadays & especially in Gurgaon as we all know schools are nothing more than a luxury venue wherein parents have no option other than to pay for the fees as asked by the schools.

Infact one good thing for you is that since majority of the couples staying in Gurgaon are working so there might be very less number of families wherein both parents are not working therefore schools will have no option other than to choose kids from even those families wherein both parents are working.

Secondly, as you said you will be going for daycare also which means extra money for schools so in a way they might consider your case as advantageous as compared to other couples.

So nothing to worry about.

Can you please help me in solving one query...Why SHALLOM HLLS INTERNATIONAL is not listed in the school list,V jst got call for their interaction process .

What shd I do ?Please suggest.

Hi Preeti, Shalom hills has been featuring in some discussion over last few pages. You need to browse the pages and search. Overall, SH seems to be a good school but their Nirvana branch does not have good feedback while the Sushant Lok one seems to be average to good.

Divya they are calling parents for interaction with principal again along with kids. .

I have not heard very good things about Salwan from the parents whose kids are studying there...DPS -45 seems a better choice between these two...
