Forms are of 3 types

1 online(to be filled on computer only ) School will call you for doc verification before results

2 Download form( down load the forms and take print out and submit in school) you need to submit documents with the form

3 Physical- collect and  submit in school(with documents on last date or school specific dates)

wait as all forms will start from 15 Jan 2014

Do we need to submit form then and there only, also along with form which all documents will be needed?

@sakhi im still not getting it.. say im submitting forms in 10 schools do I need to make every docs attested by gazetted officer or just simple photocopy of docs will suffice the purpose.

1 Online forms -most of the schools call only who are selected for document verification ,nothing to deposit at the time of filling

2 In Physical/Downloadable form -school specific requirement(could be self/notarty/gazetted) Yes you have to submit.

As per the requirement of school. Few schools ask for attested gazette officer ( some mention the rank of officer where A/B, I/II class) and others ask for just photocopy. You can refer the document required in the excel sheet of last years to get an idea.
