are the minority schools free to fix their own criteria for admission or they have to follow the same criterias as all the other schools.
moderator please clarify

also schools like Monfort have set own guidelines how come

43.What are admission criteria specific for Minority schools?
i. Minority schools will have the right to reserve seats for the
students belonging to minority concerned.
ii. 05% staff quota and 05% girls’ quota are applicable to
minority schools too.
iii. 25% EWS and DG quota is not mandatory to minority
schools. However, minority schools which have been allotted
land by Govt. Agencies will provide 20% free seats to EWS
category (in conformity with High Court Orders dated
24/9/12 and 4/12/2012 in WPC No. 6439/2011 and
3715/2011 ).
