Montforte School (Ashok Vihar) Manipulating Points Systems on Distance Criteria

Refer the attached Admission Notice posted on Montforte School today where the management is clearly going against the Points System as per the LG Guidelines and making a fun of it by going their own way.

On 13 Jan 2013 Minority schools were given autonomy to form their own guidelines.

Thanks for the update Sakshi however one of my friends told me that as per one of the new channel, Montforte is one of the main schools who have filed this case against government ruling on Points Systems and want complete freedom.

If what you have mentioned is correct then why do they need to go to court.

Please correct me if my understanding is not accurate.

I checked the website and felt that the criteria given is for Montfort PLAY SCHOOL located in Shalimar Bagh. Please correct me if I am wrong. The age criteria given is 2.5 to 3 yrs as on 1st Apr 2014. So I do not think that we need to panic :)

I think you did not see the notice, its from Montfort Ashok Vihar and clearly states children born between april 2010 to mar 2011.

Moreover I called them yesterday to confirm

Yes, Montforte have started selling the form. I have collected one myself.

I need to ask that why schools are not giving the admission forms.They can at least give the foms at least parents can fill and complte documentation of the forms tll the decesion comes.????Idont know why they are delaying to give the forms.....yaar its ok if montfort is giving the forms.I dont think they are doing something wrong

Exactly, but winning the petition has given them right to have minority quota. Mr. Vohra kindly intervene and help us with the distance criteria clarification. MONTFORT school states 70 pts upto 2 km..2.1 to 3 km 60 pts...3.1 to 4 km 50 pts...4.1 to 8 km 40 pts...
