Too bad that disadvantaged or special needs children have been clubbed with ews category . There's no point system or criteria for them, no sibling preference.Moreover they want govt hospital's report which is just not possible in 15 days.

Govt. hospital report is another option which can be shown if you don't have birth certificate. If you have Birth Certificate you can attach as birth proof.
