No, its not required. Online submission is enough.

Ideally, school can only charge 25/- if they are selling the form over the counter. The school who are online should not charge at all. DPS RKP, Ambience and Vasant Valley are setting right example by not charging anything for online forms.

Funny part is even International schools couldn't get over the temptation of charging 25 rs even if there forms are online. 

But to answer your question, you are good to go!

I don't thinking should be submitted. I think once they have shortlisting then th ey will call with documents.
