I was able to fill it successfully yesterday. Didn't get any issue.

Once you fill the form and submit it, on the next page it again ask for either preview/edit details or final submit. Hope you are following both these steps.

Thanks for the reply - i followed both steps but did not get any acknowledgement.

Did it provide any acknowledgement OR took you to printout screen ?

I think it did not save/submit my form, because when i again tried filling the form(login  again) the form was blank.

I am confused :(

The form opened up in word doc and print out was taken from the word doc.
Would suggest to speak to school on this.

ok, figured it out ! Finally was able to submit Apeejay's form.

If anyone else facing similar issue : Please DO NOT use any symbols (- or / etc) in address or other fields. Use only comma (,)

Using symbols in Address was causing issues in my case.

Do let me know if this workaround helps!
