Same with me. I have twins, a girl and a boy, none of the schools that I have applied to are clear as to how sibling points will work for twins. DPS Dwarka has already given 70 points for both my kids.  What if my girl's name appears in the draw of lot for girls, will my boy get 90 points later on? Very frustrating, because even schools are not very sure how they are going to manage this.

i have myself seen many parents preparing fraud documents of addresses, giving them chance to apply for multiple schools which are outside their area. example: i live in karol bagh, but i get a rent agreement for dwarka as well, now i have the choice to apply for schools in dwarka as well... what is the education minister doing to avoid such fraud activity from happening?

Why Minority schools Like Montfort are sub-dividing points upto 8 KM  and not reserving girls seats .  If they are minority they can reserve seats for  candidates belonging to their religion but should not twist other parameters to make them favourable for school .

Correct, Montfort is playing with the guidelines and an action should be taken to curb such illegitimate practices.

Unaided Minority schools can follow their own guidelines but transparent.

I have complaints regarding St. Marks School, Meera Bagh which has junior branch (nor officially)whose name is Mark Kindergarten, Meera Bagh. They took admission from the parents who gave them donation in the month of December and now closed the admission process. When all the school started nursery admission in the month of January, they closed the admission in the month of January. Now they told each and every parents who came for the admission form that the lease of the school was expired & they have no building for the students. They will shift from here to a small house, they have no space for the new students. These are reasonings we get from them. But the actual reason is that they filled all their seats in the month of December with donation. Now taking of donation is banned, they give the reasoning for the school space.

My second complaint is that St. Marks, meera bagh told that they have no junior branch (marks Kindergarten is not their junior branch). The starting level of their school is from 1st class but actually all the students from Mark Kindergarten, Meera bagh gets admission in class I in St. marks, meera bagh through the process of filling of form. but why?  You can check it from their admission record of past years. Both the school get admission to the children whose parent gave them donation.

& I have another complaint reg. questionnaire of the school of St. Ceicilia, Vikas Puri - Question is "Parents approach towards Sikh culture" - Adarsh Public School, vikas puri question is How do you deal with your child when he/she get angry?

Pls stop the questionnaire process - those persons who are not educated or not able to write the right answer or not satisfy the school will also not get the admission. why they write the questionnaire because the admission is on neighbourhood, sibling, alumni, interstate transfer case criteria.

My request for Mr. Vohra pls. look into the matter.

@ Anjana

St.Cecilia a Sikh Minority institution.

same with st. marks janakpuri. they are saying we didnt open admissions this year. the way i see it, its a blatant violation of DOe guideline that schools have to maintain a min of last 3 years of seats for nursery. ghotaala in full public view !!!

my husband was transferred from delhi to Jammu in October, 2013 for two years. He is a govt. servant & he is a still there. I m residing in delhi & also a govt. servant. Can my case will be considered as Interstate transfer.

Anjana, to my knowledge it is if inward transfer to Delhi, in your case, it is outward. so no.
