Selection Criteria

Lets Say for e.g if a school received 3000 forms for admission.

out of which 1000 are girl chid with 08 km distance - 75 pts

out of which 400 with transfer case with the above condition - 80 pts

out of which 200 with sibling or alumuni - 85 pts.

My Question is that if there is Co-Education school with above conditions then all the seats go with the girl child. then what about the boy child and what abt CO-Education system?

and there is no chance for Boy child with 70 pts. (70 pts category is of no use. No boy child will get admission in this category.

Most of the parents are making Income certificate from SDM office like that (I am taking a e.g of business man family who can easily apply or applied in EWS Category... If business is Run by Grandfather and all the income /profit coming into his a/c. then his son can make a income certificate frm SDM Office showing that he has 0 income.)

You will see most of the child of business family under EWS category, its a clear loophole of this guidelines.

AM I RIght or Am I right

Deepika, girl child s not getting 5 marks , they are just getting 5% quota, for eg if the general category seat is 150 , the girls will get 7 seats.

Problem is with transfer cases, why the people coming from outside getting 5 marks extra than we localite, let them also fight in the competition in general 70 marks category, why they getting 5 marks extra?

Thanks for Reply... Agreed on Tranfer Case.. I am in dilemma whether first draw will be for each and every category or not. or it depends

on school to school.

true, only distance and interview of child should be criteria like other states .there is no such hassals in places out side Delhi .process is simple unlike here which is becoming a nightmare, the reason might be the huge gap between demand and supply of good school.if doesn't get admission shifting outside the Delhi is the only option left with me.
