Done. Only for those who got transferred from far off places and could furnish any evidence or proof in support of their stay at that place. Strictly genuine cases to be considered.

Even for genuine transfer cases from far off places, why should these points be given at the start of the session..? On what grounds/logic they should be given these points..??

Few schools ask for one year or minimum 6 months rent agreement and there won't be any option left for them.

Ya Nishesh, I agree instead of points in the beginning, there should be some quota for them which can be filled during the session only from those cases which got transferred from far off places to delhi during mid-session.

Few well reputed schools gave transfer points for Overseas or from other states of India excluding NCR( applicable to Government employees only). May be this rule will work out to defeat the fraud transfer cases.

why 5 ponits should be given to candidate when job transfured of parents. tis may be applicable for higher classes not for nursery admission.

I 2nd this! In fact, the draw should not happen manually; this should happen by a computerized draw where results are easily available for audit as well. It is easy to do and will not take much time as well. Abolish transfer points and come out with a slab system for neighborhood points. This might delay the process by about a week but at-least will be fair and transparent for all. If they don't want to abolish transfer points, the least they should do is to ensure proper slabs are created for neighborhood and points reduced to about 2 for transfer cases.

In no way should the transfer points be included in nursery admissions. Transfer points can be applicable fore higher classes only.

how both the things possible simultaneously, if family staying here then there is no question of transfer marks. sibling and transfer marks what a joke. Parents and school should thing about that.
