70 points parents wait..wait..wait....get frustrated
No hopes gor 70 marks parents....vlear after dps mathura road scene...ab kya...please guide ...where will our kids go

It is frustrating but not entirely true. Assume all tfr cases get admissions in DPS, rest all school seats will open up.
I am sure every eligible parent has applied to nearest DPS.

In every top schools, People with Transfer case are above the 70 pointers group...This is so unfair, we dont even have a chance for the lottery draw...Something needs to be done in this regards.

- One good news. I understand from another parent who was present for verification that DPS VV and EOK are doing a tremendous verification with respective Headmistresses themselves going through all documents and asking for residence proof, tax papers, etc. kudos to them and to all the efforts of Sumit and his team. It's not being done merely as a procedure, it's strong checking.

I think this system has created a "Disadvantage" group, i.e All the parents with 70 points, I say that because
A/ Everyone within a vicinity of 8 KMs have 70 points
B/ Parents with one child or elder child can't attain 20 points for Siblings
C/ Parents who belong to Delhi and work in Delhi can't attain 5 points for Interstate transfer. Same goes for a Entrepreneur or working professional
D/ We can attain 5 points for Alumni in only 2 schools (you and your spouse), however, if your school is not within 8 KMs or not within a close proximity, you don't have any light at the end of the tunnel. This system need serious attention and should be reviewed and improvised as our govt. has failed to establish a good, unbiased system. Shame !

I tried my younger daughter's luck in dps rkp but she was no where since she just had 70 points of neighbourhood. My elder daughter is in dps mathura road but I have no hope there either for my younger one because she just has 20 points in sibling factor but no neighbourhood points. I really dont know what to do.?

Same here...70 points is just an eye wash...already feeling dejected and hopeless about this disgusted system of points..
