2 Even if it takes more than two days ( what ever the clarification / notification/advisory comes IT WILL BE EFFECTIVE AND IRRESPECTIVE OF FAKE SELECTIONS, the fake case would be removed from final selected list before 28th feb)
3 DOE is taking things seriously and agree 70 points are not helping parents
4 Cast your vote so that public opinion can be reflected ( As we should not allow any type of manipulation )
5 The clarification can come any time now .

In that case we have to be practical & not call trf cases as fake. Trf cases becomes ineligible for 5 points in absence of necessery documents but at the same time can not be termed as fake. To prove a fake is difficult & to prove ineligibility is easy & can be done in absence of necessery documents.
For instance, if my address lies outside 8 km range I will be ineligible for 70 points on the basis of my address proof (absence of documents showing address within 8 km range).

The guidelines must be revised. Even LG would not have expected that all the seats would be devoured by a group of manipulators and elite class people brandishing 95, 90, 80, and 75 points; and the rest carrying 70 points would be made to lick dust. This is a sheer injustice and a constitutional violation of segregating citizens who don't have more than 70 points for their children. Which constitutional provision gives LG the right to allocate all the seats in reputed schools to elite class people and manipulators (having transfer certificates).
The LG guidelines must not slaughter the common middle class people who could garner just 70 points. This guidelines must be challenged at every forum including judiciary. Moreover, we expect that LG would revisit the guidelines and allocate at least 75% of seats to kids having 70 points (out of 65% general category quota).

Transfer Points should be removed for all. What if we have shifted in Delhi in last 5 years? Even then we don't have any siblings/Alumni points. It is totally incorrect to give transfer points. In case of fake certificates kindly verify their salary statements upto Dec 2012 through Bank Branch.

Yes, not a single point should be given on the basis of transfer criterion. If a child is in mid academic session and his/her parents are subject to transfer then it makes a sense. But when the child is going to take admission in nursery class why would a favour be given to him/her on the basis of transfer criterion. This is erroneous and scandalous.
Are the kids of parents permanently settled in Delhi are less important than those whose parents are subject to transfer. Sorry there is no justification. Strange policy of reservation for the elite and well off people.

This one is fabulous .. as expected change can be foreseen and thanks a ton to Mr Vohra and AN.com team for raising these issues .. Mr Vohra = The modern day Krishna fighting against the wrong doers and erring ones .. way to Go and hopefully justice prevails ASAP !

Transfer points should be removed and give least preference on above the 8km distance.
