Form Dates | Admission Criteria | Results | Fee Details | List of All Schools
Dear Parents,
We do have the AN team doing a fantastic job for all of us, and we have us all pouring our hearts out with emotions and ideas. However, this is only half the battle won.
We should also spend a moment to think about how do we ensure to get the decision in place for :
1. Removal of Transfer Case Points
2. Redraw of all Eligible Candidates having the same no. of total points (All other logics being the same)
Any pitch on any of the other points, however logical will only dilute our case, and the decision makers can use that to say that it's too late to change anything.
Some of the important things to find out and be prepared for are:
1. Who amongst these will take a decision to bring about the above changes: LG, DOE (who in DOE), MOE (Mr. Sisodia), CM, any other. - If we know this then our communications can be channelised directly to the decision maker.
2. If at all, what help can the Lawyer of Schools group provide us through his case in Supreme Court, hearing due on 25th Feb. I say so cause even most of the schools are very troubled by these transfer case situation.
Parents - Hope you see merit in the above thought and offer your suggestions/ help (legal/ contacts/ experiential) to ensure that we collectively win this battle against some specific unjustified guidelines. If you feel there is any other point we should keep in mind, please feel free to share.
AN team - Hoping that the expected DOE notification settles it for good. However if it does not, please do help us take this (removal of transfer case points and a redraw for all eligible common points thereon) to a logical favorable conclusion.
Regards
Rahul

If DOE order does not suit parents then parents can think of meeting LG only he can do some thing like more clarity and last resort is HC .
After seeing the lists being published by many schools.. now everybody(including education officials/LG, schools, parents etc.) understood that giving transfer case point was a mistake and not at all logical at the start of a session... but the unfortunate part is that ...no one in decision body(LG/DoE/MoE) is ready to accept it and have guts to abolish the same...
35 out of every 100 job applicants in the pharmaceutical or clinical trial space are lying about their credentials either by furnishing false credentials . . . . . ."
As I have already submitted in AN.com forum that the some employees of private companies have submitted fake transfer certificates to get admission in nursery classes in Delhi Schools. The same fact has once again been confirmed from the News article in Economic Times of 12 Feb 2014. Now it is already high time to abolish transfer points in nursery admissions and redraw all genuine and eligible candidates. I hope from the core of my heart that it will happen very soon and government will take appropriate action immediately . . . . . .
Furthermore If It is not possible to abolish transfer points completely then Government can amend the Rules and order the School Authorities that they must ask the parents who have taken the advantage of transfer points that they have to provide any two of the following proofs of that residing place (from where they have been transferred to Delhi) within a minimum time-frame and the proof must be of before 31 Dec 2012 (date included) :
(i) Driving Licence;
(ii) Passport;
(ii) Aadhar / UID Card;
(iv) Voter I-D Card;
(v) BSNL Landline / Basic Telephone Bill;
(vi) Electricity Bill.
After producing both the proofs the School Authorities must have to check the proofs / documents thoroughly.
If abolishing the transfer points completely now is not possible then my suggestion would be -
1) REMOVE NCR TRANSFER CASES
2) THROUGH CHECKING OF ALL OTHER TRANSFER CASES
3) ALL GENUINE TRANSFER CASES(OTHER THAN NCR) SHOULD BE GIVEN A QUOTA OF 5% (NO POINTS SHOULD BE GIVEN FOR TRANSFER CASE), ALL THOSE TRANSFER CASES WHO COULD NOT MAKE IT IN 5%, INCLUDE THEM IN OPEN SEAT DRAWS(WITH 70 Point-er)....
SAKSHI, PLZ COMMENT WHAT DO U SAY....?
Now the CM has resigned! DOE new circular is just like suggestion still a hope..
