2 Even if it takes more than two days ( what ever the clarification / notification/advisory comes IT WILL BE EFFECTIVE AND IRRESPECTIVE OF FAKE SELECTIONS, the fake case would be removed from final selected list before 28th feb)
3 DOE is taking things seriously and agree 70 points are not helping parents
4 Cast your vote so that public opinion can be reflected ( As we should not allow any type of manipulation )
5 The clarification can come any time now .

These steps are really appreciated...
I have few suggestions in the current scenario
1.Include the transfer cases under 5% of total seats which can solve the measure issues
2.Include the alumini under 5% of total seats
3.Include the sibling also under the 5% quota
There should not be any points reward for these catagory.Any discrepancy in the submission of form should be rejected by the school like the fake transfer certificate,duplicate forms submission

I have applied for approx. 20 Schools and have only 70 points in the admission criteria, now seems its very difficult to get admission as the schools are considering only 75 points for Lottery.
I am quite worried now. Can anybody please share his/her views in this regard as the case is very similar in most of the cases?

Furthermore If It is not possible to abolish transfer points completely then Government can amend the Rules and order the School Authorities that they must ask the parents who have taken the advantage of transfer points that they have to provide any two of the following proofs of that residing place (from where they have been transferred to Delhi) within a minimum time-frame and the proof must be of before 31 Dec 2012 (date included) :
(i) Driving Licence;
(ii) Passport;
(ii) Aadhar / UID Card;
(iv) Voter I-D Card;
(v) BSNL Landline / Basic Telephone Bill;
(vi) Electricity Bill.
After producing both the proofs the School Authorities must have to check the proofs / documents thoroughly.

Please look into St. Thomas Dwarka matter as well. on what basis is their list for verification out. They are giving 10 points to transfer cases...Y...Please see that also...please look into the matter asap. Their verification list does not state the points.

If govt. decreases limit of annual income to Rs. 40,000/- for admissions under EWS category 2015-16, then same parent not got a seat for this session, will even manage to survive with Rs. 3333/- per month next year for the sake of admission. How can they hide many other expenses within Rs. 3333/- like electricity/water bill/guests/routine household repairs. Who will teach them? I asked few schools regarding this, reply was " we can't challenge the certificate issued by Tehsildar/SDM/Revenue Officer". We have to fill the seats. If we ask documents other than those listed in the order, we may get objection from the DoE with the reason, "Discouraging Free education.".
Request everyone to raise this issue with the LG/DoE to add IT return/Bank Statement for one year/Physical verification by the School etc. Perhaps this will open window to real beneficiaries.

NCR cases to be totally removed. And for other states valid govt proof of stay at that state to be provided apart from organisation transfer & Joining letter. Getting organisation letter will not be difficult however providing proof of such residence with govt proof will be difficult.

A clarification has come out from DoE but it is about Distance Criteria for Entry Level Admission in Pvt. Unaided Recognized but not about inter state transfer cases

As I have already submitted in AN.com forum that the some employees of private companies have submitted fake transfer certificates to get admission in nursery classes in Delhi Schools. The same fact has once again been confirmed from the News article in Economic Times of 12 Feb 2014. Now it is already high time to abolish transfer points in nursery admissions and redraw all genuine and eligible candidates. I hope from the core of my heart that it will happen very soon and government will take appropriate action immediately . . . . . .
