Prove fake case with documentary evidence

DPS R K PURAM cases . A list will be put by 21 Feb  or 22 Feb  and if parents can prove with documentary evidence. The candidates name would be removed from the list supposed to come on 28 FEB(Final LIst) on Mr Sumit Vohra request every candidate would be under scrutiny for one year ( only for fake documents )

Sakshi wht abt mathura road..355 total kids dhrtlisted general catgry..jismai 242 r 75 points..alumni might b there..but in lesser no..nowhere 70 to b seen..plz tell mr vohra to send notice to dps mathura road too

You can put we will give it to DOE ,if school does not accept .

IS THERE ANY DOE CIRCULAR THE TRANASFER CASE WILL BEONLY CONSIDERED BETWEEN JAN 2013-FEB 2014

As per the Directorate of Education order No. F.DE/1031/Act-1/Part-I/2013/20780-93 dated 31 Jan 2014; the Interstate transfer from 01 January 2013 to 31 December 2013 may be read as interstate transfer from 01 January 2013 to 05 February 2014 (i.e. till last date of receipt of application) will be considered under this category.

Thanks Sakshi for your efforts.   How can we prove that who are all fake applicants, is it our responsibility to check the  applicant documents? its DOE responsibility to maintain the transparency, they should declare NCR TC certificate will not be considered as Transfer Case.

what does this mean? Does this mean that DPS RKP will put up a list of "suspicious" cases on 21/22 Feb and ask them for more proof or all cases? I understand they have already done some verification?

Out of 140 kids shortlisted (General Category) in DPS Vasant Vihar, 48 are Transfer cases. More over few of these have both Sibling + Transfer OR Alumni + Transfer

More than 33% are Transfer cases in the draw of lot for the general Category.

THERE ARE NO CANDIDATES WITH 70 POINTS IN THE LIST.

The clarification received from the DoE for the Transfer Cases is very confusing. Giving a chance to the school authorities to play with the rules laid down.
