heritage waiting list

Dear sir/Madam,
i am writing this email regarding a waiting list of heritage ,rohini where 3 children of same father name  got selected in lucky draw  i 
want to confirm whether this is  coincidence with their luck or some fixing and planning has been done by the school authorities. iam 
attaching the names with their respective positions in the list.

No i was at that day the drow was transparent i think they born on the same day this is not fake

No it is not transoarent how can numbers xame out in series in lucky draw

as per DOE rules, if one of the twin is selected in draw(triplet here), others will get selected as well...and hence consecutive numbering here.
