राज्य ब्यूरो, नई दिल्ली : नर्सरी दाखिले की प्रक्रिया जैसे-जैसे अंतिम चरण में पहुंच रही है वैसे-वैसे अभिभावकों के माथे पर चिंता की लकीरें खिंच रही हैं। अभिभावकों का कहना है कि शिक्षा निदेशालय प्रवेश प्रक्रिया पर तुरंत रोक लगाए। 1उन्होंने निदेशालय से स्थानांतरण के लिए दिए जाने वाले अंक को समाप्त करने का भी आग्रह किया कि वे 24 फरवरी को इस मामले में पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट में याचिका दायर करेंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि हम इस मामले को लेकर जंतर -मंतर पर भी प्रदर्शन कर चुके हैं। लेकिन इसका कोई समाधान निकलता नहीं दिखाई दे रहा है। उनका कहना है कि मजबूरन हमें अदालत की शरण लेनी पड़ रही है। ऐसे में स्कूलों की मनमानी के कारण नर्सरी दाखिले की प्रक्रिया और जटिल होती जा रही है।1उधर, एडमिशन नर्सरी डॉट कॉम के सुमित वोहरा का कहना है कि उनकी वेबसाइट द्वारा किए गए सर्वे को आधार बनाकर अभिभावक न्यायालय जा रहे हैं। सुमित का कहना है कि लेकिन वे केवल स्थानांतरण के लिए दिए जाने वाले अंक का विरोध कर रहे हैं। वोहरा का कहना है कि टैगोर इंटरनेशनल स्कूल, ईस्ट ऑफ कैलाश ने तो 90 फीसद अंक पाने वाली लड़कियों का ड्रा 25 फरवरी को निकालने का फैसला किया है। 1यही नहीं इस स्कूल ने जुड़वा बच्चों के लिए 90 अंक दिए हैं जोकि पूरी तरह नियम के खिलाफ है। वोहरा का कहना है कि उन्होंने इस संबंध में शिक्षा निदेशक से भी शिकायत की है।

PIL stands for public interest litigation and not "personal" interest litigation. Only ones supporting the cause are the ones, who haven't secured admission anywhere. Were we all sleeping when the guidelines were released? We were all busy celebrating the revised guidelines at that time.
Any guideline would favour some and exclude others. We are asking High Court to include us and exclude the transfer cases. Why is no one talking about the girls quota, ews quota, alumni points and sibling points, distance based points?
why is no one talking about improving the standards of all schools? If government has funded/subsidised the cost for these schools, why are these schools not answerable and liable to provide quality education?
why is no one talking about the number of available seats ?
Can we not look at increasing the capacity of schools or start afternoon shifts with some urgency ?
Let's fight for a solution for all. If the seats in better schools are limited, some of us would surely be at disadvantage whether we are transfer cases, alumni cases, sibling cases or just unfortunate.

Maneesh, I was the first person to term these guidelines as :Floppy". I criticized these immediately on its release. At that time every one was happy with taking away Mgmt Quota from the schools and started the race for increasing distance limit from 6 to more kms which was heared by the LG and made to 8 kms. Anyway, foresightedness is what it means to me. Analyse pros and cons properly and jumping with joy to see only one aspect is of fatal result which is now apparent to all 70 pointers. This is unfortunate for we Indians to just follow others like a bhed chaal. Anyway lI have sent my comments and suggestions to the LG/DoE for next session to devise the guidelines right now and not wait till December 2014.

also the government should be answerable about the demography of the hundreds of government schools in delhi. why are they being unable to provide the basic right to education to the majority??
the entire onus of education cannot be put on PRIVATE UNAIDED schools.

Please file the complain against st. george school alaknanda also, they are not considering 70 points girls in 5% lottery seats for girl child

Mr vohra Please file a complain against st. george school alaknanda also , the way you did for tagore international and school in rohini. St. george school also not considering applicants with 70 points in the girls lotter for 55 seats, its so unfair. Hoping that you resolve this issue also.
