No problems with the delay of admissions by 15-20 days. In any case, the session is to start from 01 April. At least,  there will be hope for the people having faith in the right to equality granted by constitution.

Should be completely abolished. .then only fare chance can be given to everyone..

Good observations by the Hon Court on the logic behind transfer points. I am placing my trust in the judicial system and the wisdom of the judges.

Hope better sense prevails with the Directorate of Education and they decide to withdraw the transfer points - they are skewing the balance in favour of a few, compromising the future of the delhites and all for no reason.

My fear is about the timing of the case hearing. If all the lots are drawn by 28th, will it still have significance?

I would plead for delaying results even if that means a delayed start to the academic session but at least there will be a sense of equality in the process.

if we can have retrospective taxes then why do you fear that 28th feb list can not be nullified even after 28 feb

The same set of ppl have been selected by all the schools as there is hardly a bunch of 100 ppl who have these transfer points. Example twin kids vedansh joshi and Devonsh joshi, again twin kids shrey soni and shubh soni... These names are there in most of the schools final list

I think its too late for all this discussion as number of schools has finalize their list its only a fake hope and nothing other than making fun n playing with emotions of number of parents like me just called 70 pointers
