Respected Madam,
First of all I want to give thanks for making guidelines for nursery admission which is very much appreciated. Now, I want to draw your kind attention towards the points being given to alumni category, which is totally against the law of natural justice.
1. Alumni points is completely illogical.
2. I feel, all schools where draw was for 75 pointers, approx 30-40% were alumni and it deprives of the chances of General category parents who will be having only 70 points and now these seats are confirmed for alumni after transfer cases are being put in 70 points.
3. The concept of Raja ka beta Raja should be abolished and equal opportunity should be given to all children.
4. If it is not possible to abolish the alumni points then some percentage of seats may be fixed for Alumni category to give ensure justice to the kids of 70 points.

dosto sibling point is justified so plz concentrate only on alumni and go fast and send email to DoE

this is not fair, because just think two kids going two different end of city, really painful, but alumni yes we should raise concern

Dis is complete nonsense stuff...just dat u guys r not alumni of a good school does not mean that alumni should not get extra points..anything and everything is not accepted...forget ur all demands will b fulfilled

What the hell.. These are nursery admission for "Delhi". Being a Delhite myself who are born and bought up in delhi... We should get some benefit of that. Our kids have the right to study in the school where their parents have studied coz we know the school, we know the teachers, we know what is the best our school can offer to our kids.
People who came up from other states and now settled in Delhi can not take this right from us. Moreover unlike transfer points we shall be getting a mere 5 points for just one school and not all. So this is fair.
As far as 5 points from the transfer cases are concerned, that should go for kids who are physically disabled.

one more point, every state has domicile,why not Delhi. Delhi ppl not equal in other states so why other ppl should be at par with alumni of Delhi school

Alumni should not get any point additionally.
They can not have a priority over others.
In addition I just demanded 100% confirmed seat for sibling as a neccasity.
Above changes needs to be applicable from year.

If 20 point for siblings then 10 point should be for first kid.
