As per me, i myself do not favour transfer points, but a redraw for all seats would be fair enough .. and that should be what we should demand

I agree and fully support Mukesh....guys I am in favour everybody should get equal opportunity and understand the other parents issues but for genuine transfer cases I know what the person is going through....he has to settle in the new city ....lot of personal issues are their and after this if you are putting us again in the same mess what we should do....I really request to DOE to please clear the issue first whether you are having problem with fake cases then please scruitinise that the genuine cases should not suffer......asks the documents and it can be verified

if at the eleventh hour , they can scrap transfer points even for genuine cases, i think we must fight to get alumni points scrapped. are schools bank lockers to be passed down from one generation to another????

I do nt think its fair to change the rules for only one category after the draws. Lets fight against it.

Hi, i agree with you, it is totally unjustified move from HC.It was the decision of DOE to provide Transfer points.those who have genuine case should get addmission.

Only TC are at loss, they should have changed it before the draws.. any clue whats happening on course to follow legal process

Dear Santoshji ,I completely understand your point of view and as I said previously I am in favour of getting equal chance to all but santoshji just put yourself in the genuine transfer case place and think again....I know we have to go....I got recently tranfer in delhi .....the city is totally new....at the same time pressure of transferring and handovering the work at previous place....and in that 3 times DOE is changing the rules ......I have travelled so may times in between from pune to delhi as each time the new guidelines, every schoolwas asking the new documents and no fixed date for all schools every school decide their own dates and call us for submission verification .....I want to sincerely request DOE and AN team that if you have any data of fake transfer cases then please scruitinise that please call those fake cases and verify that and please remove that.....If 58 schools are saying that their is possibility of fake cases then their was provision for checking this you can take form 16,latest light bill with previous address, phone bill,three months salary and lot of proofs ....

Exactly let DoE and schools validate the documents.
We all know in EWS also lit of people are fake this was reported in papers and tv also still govt has not scrapped this quota then why in justice to genuine transfer cases.
