Hi Sakshi,

is it like this:

a. transfer points have been scrapped and that is final

b. it remains to be decided that the partial or full re-draw will be done

No stay on scrapping of 5 transfer points as of now( waiting for confirmed report)

@sakshi: All are talking about transfer points...what about alumni points...alumni with 75 points seleccted through combined draw of 75 points(alumni + interstate)...what happens to alumni now?

But Sakshi,

When the court scrapped the 5 pts for transfers did the verdict order a complete redraw....I have not seen that order so asking because if they did order a complete redraw...then that has to be followed which means that schools which have done partial redraws like Heritage for example will have to redraw for a third time....unless court is ok with a partial withdraw...

what's the fact in this? Pls advise

Phew!!!!!

Horror continues, we will have re-draw for all now, it is apparent from the observation of court 'WHETHER THEY WILL REDO COMBINED LOTTERY FOR ALL (CANDIDATES AT 70 POINTS ) AFTER SCRAPPING OF TRANSFER POINTS OR NOT'.

am not sure what will school do now, will the one's scheduled to do lottery tomorrow (atleast 3 in dwarka) conduct draw of lot or not??

am concerned as all of this is causing lot of pain to parents and huge amount of re-work to school. Hope whatever is the decision the whole of admission process ends quick with admission to every kid in best school (atleast 1 of the TOP 5-8 schools that one has applied for!!!).

Holy shit...what r we? A toy to play with by DOE nd court..again starting the whole pain....not at all happy.
