I dont agree with you. If u were succeded in earlier lottery and sudden, due to HIgh Court decision, u lost every thing, i think at that time ur view was different.

Now, I have lost seat in a good school. Therefore, i will go to court and fight

I have all reasons to believe that in the eyes of court this is a strong case where the right for education and equal opportunity is being violated with the flowed guidlines. All we need to do is to have good data work to establish that a real LARGE % of seats are going to the quota people.

Just kind of analysis Pranay Prakash did on this thread itself (LINK). legally we stands a chance.
