as per my knowledge. every selection/ draw stands zero of general category till date and fresh draw will be conducted from tommorrow onwards.

every draw got cancelled including Girl Child.

That's not correct. Only those draws got cancelled which led to denial of equal opportunity to erstwhile transfer cases. 

Girl child draws stand valid as these did not lead to denial of equal opportunity amongst the equals. Even in those cases where draws of the general category were held for 75 points and subsequently, on some seats being vacated by the transfer cases, draws from amongst all the 70 pointers (including the erstwhile transfer cases) was held, thus providing equal opportunity to all the 70 pointers, NO REDRAW is required. 

Please see the operative part of the judgement which I quote,

"Consequently, only direction No. 3 of the impugned Order dated 27th
February, 2014 is stayed and it is directed that all candidates having equal 
marks shall be considered equally by conducting a fresh draw of lots, wherever 
necessary."

The words "WHEREVER NECESSARY" need to be emphasized. And this 'necessity' is only to ensure equal opportunity WHEREVER it has not been there. Thus, draws held earlier are not to be scrapped in toto unless the question of 'equal opportunity' was attracted in such a case.

If I understand it correctly, schools can take out First list anytime before 8th April, second list before 16th April.

This all seems very confusing not sure what the order says and upto what extent it applies to schools depending upon their application break-up on the basis of points secured by kids. I think springdales and bal bharati pusa will not have to do a redaw as alumni will not leave a single seat vacant for 70 pointers.

Do anybody have idea about these two schools for any redraw?
