A SUGGESTION TO ALL SCHOOLS AND DIRECTORATE OF EDUCATION (AFTER RESULTS)

A SUGGESTION TO ALL SCHOOLS AND DIRECTORATE OF EDUCATION (FOR FUTURE) :

eg.        THE INDIAN SCHOOL                  THE FOUNDATION SCHOOL
             TIMINGS : 0700 TO 1200 hrs      TIMINGS : 1200 TO 1700 hrs

THESE SCHOOLS RUN IN THE SAME PRIMISES WITH DIFFERENT TIME SLOTS

IN THE SAME SPACE AVAILABLE SCHOOL HAS PROVIDED A MODEL TO DOUBLE THE NO. OF SEATS AVAILABLE, WHICH AS PER ME SOLVES THE CURRENT PROBLEM TO QUITE AN EXTENT.

LEARNINGS :

1. MAKE ALL SCHOOLS TO HAVE TWO SHIFTS OPERATIONS (MANDATORY).
2. SECOND SHIFT FEES MIGHT BE KEPT ON A LOWER SIDE.
3. IF THE SCHOOL DOSEN'T WANT TO OPERATE SECOND SHIFT AUCTION THE BID TO RUN THE SECOND SHIFT, FOR WHICH REVENUES CAN BE SHARED BETWEEN TWO PARTIES MAY BE WITH SOME AID IF NEEDED BE PROVIDED BY EDUCATION MINISTRY.

OUTCOMES :

1. EMPLOYMENT FOR SEVERAL ASPIRING TEACHERS.
2. RUSH FOR THE ADMISSION PROCESS REDUCES SUBSTANTIALLY.
3. THERE ARIVES A EQUILIBRIUM BETWEEN DEMAND AND SUPPLY EQUATION.
4. FAIR COMPETITION BETWEEN VARIOUS SCHOOLS.
5. PARENTS HAVE MORE OPTIONS TO CHOOSE BETWEEN, WITH ADDED BENEFIT OF FLEXIBLE SCHOOL TIMINGS.

Very good suggestion ,
Shaurya, Govt. has allowed 2 shifts from this year.
Many schools will start operating in two shifts in a couple of years. ...
Excellant suggestion .hope our msg OUR msg..reaches education departmnt..sumit sir plz forward this suggestion..
Nri sir i know u are very old member of this forum..shakshi mam mentioned.
Sir root cause is less seats .also govt improve quality of givt school n standered.
Less seats can be solved by Shift.( thank you for telling abve infrmatn.sir is it cnfirmed )
Why cant govt pay attention to govt school ..

DOE has allowed for second shift

Refer the below link

http://it.delhigovt.nic.in/writereaddata/Cir2013521030.pdf

Grt suggestion, DOE and LG please pay attention. Thanks.

but now the matter is that the schools shyd be even ready to take such responsibility

TO MAKE ALL THIS POSSIBLE EVEN IN THE NEXT SESSION WE NEED TO ACT TODAY OR ELSE STORY REMAINS THE SAME AGAIN

This is the only solution to accommodate all children and provide them with good education. Govt is expected to increase the no. and quality of its schools, however that will take much longer time to implement compared to second shift option. Even in other cities like Mumbai, schools operate in two shifts and that is the reason that we never come across any news of such anxiety and rush at time of school admissions in other cities.

FOR ABOVE MENTIONED SCENARIO :

REQUIREMENTS :

1. IDEAS         : DEFINITELY WHEN WE HAVE PEOPLE LIKE MR. VOHRA, SHAKSHI MADAM, LATHA                               MADAM & SO MANY TO COUNT

2. TEACHERS : AVAILABLE

3. SPACE        : AVAILABLE

4. MONEY      : AVAILABLE

OUTCOMES :

ALL THIS MADDENING RUSH AND MISFORTUNE COMES TO HALT

JUST FAIR COMPITITION

EVERY CHILD & PARENTS FULFILL THEIR DREAM (QUALITY EDUCATION)

Dear All

Lets focus on the suggestion :

1. In case of two shifts infrastructure is there.

2. Only requirements are good teachers and proper management (quite manageable)

3. Even in case of delay I think session can start with 1 or 2 month delay, that anyways is not going to wreck heavens, but non admission of our child will definitely wreck heavens on us.

4. Why can't this be possible this session itself, only that DOE has to move files faster than they always do.

5. If we all take this for granted future generations will have to suffer hell the way we found it.

6. Lets take this to court rather than other issues

7. Judiciary in India holds higher position than legislative and other governing instruments.
