Dear all

you suggest if every parents giving fake certificate of single child and not mentioned the name of second child then what u do , No school going to check all these .

If we want to have a good system, then either abolish point system and revert to the previous one with test and interviews. If not then I suggest the following:-

Option 1

25% seats for EWS/DG Category

35% seats for unlimited distance to be filled by draw of lot

20% seats for siblings 

20% seats for 1st born

Option 2

25% EWS/DG Category

35% for Distance in Slabs (15% = 3 kms, 10% =6 Kms, 5% = 10 Kms and above)

20% Siblings

20% 1st Born

No Alumni, No Girl Quota, No Mgmt Quota, No Single Parent,& No Transfer for Nursery.

Parent who are going to Court to maintain their draw status are not aware that when they were selected that time probability of getting selected was more since participants were less. That's why Court asked for fresh draw. Fresh draws will give an opportunity to all.
Secondly in few schools major portion of seats is allocated to alumni and siblings. Court have to look at the significance of these points also or else this will become next burning issue.
